Office staff very insensitive. Can't get their facts straight between them. I have had two pets die while in their care. I thought the first death was on account of what they wrote in their autopsy report. After the death of a second pet while in their care, and witnessing the insensitivity of certain staff members,I believe they were simply covering for themselves in that autopsy report. Regarding the death of a second pet in their care, they miscommunicated between themselves and me, resulting in a euthanasia, which they bungled as well.
