Lab results Thursday 5/14 (said they were normal) many outside of normal range per lab results in print. $373.00
5/16 dog euthanized from ruptured spleen and massive internal bleeding.
Their position is they've made no mistakes.
No refund in order. Not one dime. Zero for their incompetency and sending her home in significant pain with zero pain meds.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
*** In contrast, I took my Beagle Jazzi to a vet who drew labs for some potential dental work, much like Roxi, Jazzi's labs were not normal and that vet (somehow far more expert than AH vets) determined she likely had cancer somewhere in her body and didn't have long to live and did NOT recommend further work based on her diagnosis. What a difference from a compassionate vet to a money grubbing facility.
