I have nightmares about this man being in practice. He euthanized a dog because of an abscess. Rather than sticking a needle in it and looking at it under a microscope, he lectured us on cancer and in tears we decided to euthanize our young old family dog. Once it was done, he checked it and it was puss. This was something that could have been resolved with antibiotics. In discussing this situation, we have considered reporting him to the OVMA, however their laws are no where strict enough and the complaint would go nowhere. How can someone with such neglect still carry a license? It's terrifying the things this man gets away with. He is not at all interested in the well being of animals. On the contrary, he does convenience euthanasia and provides less than satisfactory care. The only thing we can do is hope to make people aware of this and hope they make the right decision to stay away.

I have been coming here for over 13 years. For the care received, the prices are more than reasonable. Love the staff and the excellent care both my cat and dog received during their lifetime. Olga and Dr Deji both offered to help me when the time is right to adopt another rescue. They helped with my choice of breed and showed me different rescues to work with. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My new fur baby will be coming here no questions asked.

This vet is a rip off. My dog got bitten something and developed 2 spots on her back because she licked all her fur off. Took her to Bathrust Animal Clinic and told me to give her a hydrochloride spray. The vet charged me 450 for the little bottle. The next weekend, I happen to be in Petsmart and saw a similar bottle for $10. If I had only known, I could have gotten the same spray for alot less.

I am very happy with this vet clinic and Dr. A. Koroknai. My cat has kidney problems, so we have been going through tests and treatments. Dr. Koroknai is caring and empathetic - and goes the extra mile to help my cat and her owner!

This vet is extremely well spoken and he will lead you to believe he knows how best to care for your pet, but it is all smoke and mirrors. I have no idea how he managed to acquire an award of merit as he definitely did not exhibit any kind of imagination, innovation, or ingenuity in the care of my pets. On the contrary, he contributed to the delay in diagnosis and was subsequently reluctant to assist in their long-term care. Furthermore, he reluctantly supplies prescriptions when requested which I, in turn, have filled at a pharmacy for a FRACTION of the price! Sadly, and most importantly, his arrogance will cost him dearly both professionally and personally and I wish him well. I will never return.

Dr. Deji and staff are warm, caring, and very professional. My dog received excellent care throughout his life. I recommend them highly.

After neutering surgery, my cat get home without a nail, it' was totaly removed. I have no idea what was happend durign that surgery. The prices are extremely high as well.

Worst Animal clinic ever. The clinic is not sanitary and the surgery room is dirty and has objects all over the counter and collect dust. Dr. Deji has no idea how to properly handle animals and I personally watched him rip a cat out of a kennel because he was frustrated and this cat just had surgery. Of course, the cat then attacked him because of his mis-handling. Behind closed doors, Ive watched him mishandle dogs again because of his own frustration and takes it out on your pets while they are there without you. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS HERE! DR DEJI SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENSE!

This must be the best vet clinic in the city. I am a long time client. My bulldos and cats have put Deji to the test many times. He explains everything and patiently answers my questions, and believe me, I have a lot!

Bathurst Animal Clinic is the best! Dr. Alexandre and the rest of the staff are well informed, caring and really give you value for the money you spend. They treat your pet as their own. I would invite anyone to compare their vet to these guys.

Very nice staff. Doctors are super pleasant and patient. They really take the time to talk AND LISTEN to you! Our groomer has always cleaned my dog's teeth well but the doctor explained clearly why a proper cleaning had to be done with an anesthetic. She ended up requiring two extractions but her mouth smells fantastic and she eats so much better! It was not cheap but it was worth every cent. This clinic really cares about the animalss

I've been taking my cats here for years. I believe the care they get is superb, however, I do believe they are expensive. I know my sister's vet out in Stayner doesn't charge nearly as much - and she has a German Shepherd.

This clinic is excellently staffed and provides excellent care. However, their prices are off the charts. Having priced a procedure at several different vets, Bathurst Animal Clinic is the highest by a fair margin. The average was almost 50\% with the cheapest costing 1/3 their rates.

I am very lucky to have such an amazing vet right near my home. To think I went to Willowdale first and had a terrible experience there just because I didn't trust them since this vet isn't as fancy looking. Well I learned my lesson and I should really thank the vet at Willowdale who had no idea what they were talking about when I was concerned for my rabbit because I ended up switching vets immediately. I went to the Bathurst animal clinic and they told me the problem in minutes. She was acting very aggressive and weird and they simply explained to me that she just needed to be spayed (which they took care of). Anyways, I have had nothing but good experiences at this vet and the staff are very friendly and experienced and they never push expensive procedures on me for no reason. They even taught me how to cut my bunny's nails there and offered me the chance to bring her back next time to try cutting her nails myself with supervision free of charge! Great vet, highly recommended!

Dr. Deji - completely compassionate - truly loves animals. No ego, and very smart - well connected and well respected in the field and among his clients. My little one LOVES going to see him - he saved her life!
