I also tried them one time too many to groom my cat. This big heavy-set woman took down how I wanted him groomed and was rude, demeaning,and just plain nasty. I should have taken my cat back but he really needed to get groomed. I will never use them again for anything!

I tried them once and that was once too many times. Understaffed. The Staff that IS there is poor. Front desk is rude. Doctors are cold and pushy.No, Thanks!
