These vets do NOT know what they are doing. They permanently maimed our dog and then there were varying plans between the vets on staff on how to proceed. We eventually had to put our pet to sleep and when we called for an appt, the front desk advised this is a first come first serve clinic - sometimes there busy; sometimes their "dead". Imagine those words when you are calling on this subject. Plus, you want a family to wait around until the vet is ready?! I never heard of such cruelty. That's not all. At the time of euthanasia the vet did not tell us what to expect. We anticipated a relaxant for our dog then we would have time to say our goodbyes (like we were able to do with another dog we lost last year - handled by a different vet, of course). He just put a needle in her arm, stood by with his stethoscope listening for the heartbeat to stop. We wanted to hold her and have her see our eyes our voice in the end. THIS IS A TERRIBLE CLINIC ALL AROUND AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!
