I took my first dog to them, and she wound up getting pancreatitus at 14 months. They took great care of her, and even talked me through the process of getting a new dog. The doctors take the time to talk to you and to answer all your questions, even if they are because you are a paranoid dog owner. Yes, they are expensive, but the level of care is amazing and they do a great job to take care of your dog. They know my dog by name and greet her with a smile!!! I love the staff and the facitilites available here 24/7

Operates like a used car lot. MONEY! MONEY! MONEY! MONEY!They Called my house at 8PM insisted $511 on credit card on phone or would discontinue care on my dog that had had surgery the prev. day (that I had already paid $2800 for, when I said I would pay when I picked him up the next day the MGR> (Doug) said "no you need to pick him up right now because I have discontinued care"!!!! BOOTED OUT no post-op instructions, no meds, no dietary restrictions, just take your dog and leave!Had to go to differant vet for help.

If you need an after-hours clinic, this is the one. We have used them several times. The first time we used them, they were unable to save our dog. However, the doctors were very, very emotional about the whole ordeal and even refunded some of our money. They were 100% honest with us and even told us that our baby was brain dead and recommended putting him down, even though we'd already paid until the next day. They were NOT money hungry but definitely in it for the dog. This last time we used them, we once again took them a very, very ill puppy. We didn't think she was going to make it either, but with their round the clock care and a plasma transplant, our healthy dog is back home and happy. These vets and techs are very, very caring and compassionate. They will do everything they can for you and your pets, and they will be very up front and honest, too.

The doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also give a lot of personalized attention, are patient and are very willing to answer any questions. They are also available after hours, which is great for piece of mind. They have been very willing and able, on several occasions to help me over the phone for minor issues rather than making me bring my dog in for an appointment. And best of all, my dog loves going there!!
