I HAVE BEEN HERE 2 TIMES FOR EMERG. SERVICE AND THEY COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL AND KIND IN THE TREATMENT OF MY DOG THE STAFF WAS A-1 IN MY BOOK AND I COULDN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR THIER HELP IN MY TIME OF NEED

Took my puppy there and was repeatedly told about the the 150 dollar just to see him fee. Then when they needed him to stay for 4 hours had a fee of close to 900 hundred dollars. I took the pup home and he know seems fine. Will never go there again!!!

Took my puppy for emergency care....Told me after being in the office for 5 minutes that my dog had fear agression bc he barked at the kitten that was crated in the waiting room???? (why?) Also, quoted an unusually high ESTIIMATE for services. Seemed more worried about my ability to pay than my dog's health....Would not bring him back there ever again!

the owner here is very mean, and suggested my 2 year dog be put to sleep if I couldn't pay their outrages fees. They also misdiagnosed my dog, and had me waiting in the lobby for over 25 minutes.

I've had several visits with my dog. First time was great....caring, etc Second time they had no records of my dog, but care still good. Third time they had his variety of breed wrong. Only available when regular vets are closed i.e. M-Th, evenings and nites only. Fri- Mon morning: available whole time.
