Click to report rating    6/15/12   5     5     5     5   Two years of varied visits with a new dog have all been great -- in attentiveness of staff and quality of their work. Special kudos for their quick response and successful remedial treatment when one of their prescribed recommendations produced unexpected side effects. They consulted with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the condition and with the manufcturer covered the cost of lab tests and treatments. RID: 35003
Click to report rating    12/10/11   1     2     2     1   They take advantage of your concern for your pet to scare you into unnecessary tests and treatments. They insisted I buy antibiotics (from them, at inflated prices) for "immunomodulatory" benefits, when there was no question of the dog having an infection or an immune problem. RID: 29737

11/2/09   1     1     1     1   I booked an appointment well ahead of time. I was on time for the appointment. I waited a total of 45 minutes and finally walked out. I told the receptionist why I was leaving. I had booked another appointment for another cat, so a day later I called to cancel that. The receptionist apologized and asked if I wanted to speak to the vet, and I said I did not. However he did call back and said that he had had a lot of emergencies that day. I explained that the correct thing to have done would have been to have called me to tell me he was running late, and given me the choice of rescheduling or at least coming in later so my cat and I would not have had to wait there for 45 mins. while she howled in fright the whole time. I believe a vetrinarian is responsible for how is whole practice is run. I also believe that it is disrespectful to me and my pet to make us wait so long. RID: 15154
