Dr. Lidekey and his staff are competent, caring, and compassionate. The structure is an older building so the amenities are somewhat lacking. The doctor will take emergencies, and will try to squeeze in patients who don't have an appointment which can make him run late. However, the care the animals receive, his willingness to answer questions, and the staffs' friendly professionalism make up for whatever might be lacking.
