Love Dr. Troy and Gail, they are so caring and treat you like family. Dr. Troy is a wonderful diagnostician and has picked up problems quickly. When I moved and tried another Vet I was so upset with them I now drive back to All Creatures. They have been there for us for many years and seen us through babies to peaceful death. 5++++

Very personal, caring, practical service. It's like being part of a family. I really like how they do the work right there in front of you instead of whisking your dog off to some hidden back room. No attempt to "push" expensive unnecessary tests/vaccines/treatments, just the basics as needed. It's a small clinic, and they have no problem referring you elsewhere if you need fancy diagnostics/treatments they can't provide. Very accommodating- once they stayed open late just to sew up my dog and charged very little, instead of sending me off to the ER for $$$.

Both Dr. Dougherty and Gail, the vet tech, are amazing people who genuinely care about their patients. We have a giant breed dog so vet bills can really add up, but All Creatures tries to help keep costs down by not ordering unnecessary tests, etc as I've heard many vets do. With that said, they are still thorough and reliable. Extremely quick to respond in an emergency too.
