Dr Galligan is the most worthless vet on planet earth. He diagnosed a pyametra as being infected mammory glands! he charged us over $550.00 dollars,after a week of his bs and unprofessionalism and seeing him twice for x-rays bloodwork and 2 exams we took her for another opinion and the new vet diagnosed her within literally 2 minutes of having a pyametra and said she needed an emergency surgery and an immediate blood transfusion So we had to bring our other dog down to get the blood she needed,they give her the blood, get her into surgery and she dies while having surgery! A dog that would have lived with the right diagnosis! Our poor baby is gone because of a worthless vet named PATRICK GALLIGAN AT FLETCHER ANIMAL HOSPITAL!Please if you love your babies like we do please find another vet as im sure there are several good ones in the area! We are in the process of having a full autopsy and filing a complaint with the nc veterinary board and also a lawsuit is in order as well.Thankyou,,

The doctors and staff of Fletcher Animal Hospital are amazing. They love and care for all the animals and are always there to help out. Love those guys.
