They put my pet through hell for two weeks before I took her to the Emergency Pet Clinic. This was on the advice of several other vets I contacted. By then it was too late. She was severely malnourished and in no shape to withstand the correct procedures that might have saved her.

The vets are wonderful, and do a great job with my animals. The receptionist on the other hand are rude, everytime I call they remind me in some way of the one time I was late.Even though they have cancelled my appointments the last two times. They have also given me heartworm medicine for a xlarge dog when I have a tiny poodle. I went to exchange it and they would not let me nor offered any refund when IT WAS THEIR FAULT AND THEY COULD HAVE KILLED MY DOG had I not looked.

Have had horrific experiences with office manager - unprofessional and rude. On two separate occasions I was humiliated by her because I didn't have the funds in full to pay for emergency visits for my dog, even though I was trying to make payment arrangements. This last time it was so awful I tried to call the physician owner of the practice and the office manager intercepted my call and refused to allow me to speak with him. I actually sent him a letter to his home address and he never sent any response, nor did he attempt to call to get all the facts as to what had transpired - that confirmed to me that this is not the type of practice I want to continue to bring my pet to. Staff seems to be intimidated by this idiotic woman and the fact that the docs allow her to speak for them speaks volumes!

I would have to disagree with previous rating. I've been there several times (tried to give them the benefit of the doubt) with my own cats as well as foster cats and I wasn't happy with three things in particular; the reception desk staff (they practically ignore you and never crack a smile or love on your pet - isn't loving animal a prereq. for that job???); the fact that dogs are allowed in the same waiting area as cats; and the vets/techs take your animal from you and give the injection/treatment/etc. in the back room where you can't see them. The vets were nice enough, but the place is so big I never saw the same vet twice.

Every member of the staff, from reception to vet techs to vets, are caring and compassionate and treat your pet as their own. I could not be happier with them.
