This is the best place to take your pets. Very knowledgable and professional staff. My pets are my children and I wouldn't trust their care to anyone else. Not only have they taken care of my dogs for the past 11 years but they have also given me endless advice over the phone when I needed it instead of always making me come in for every little thing like some vets do. They also have a great place to board animals. I highly recommend them.

This is the best animal clinic! I dive from north Spokane all the way to Liberty Lake to see the doctors and staff here. They are all super nice and very good at what they do! Amazing doctors, great staff, clean and affordable. You can't go wrong no matter how far you have to drive.

This is the best vet clinic I have ever been to. The new facility is very nice and clean. The staff is very customer service oriented and knowledgable. They have helped me many times by answering my questions over the phone saving me a trip into the office. I love the two Drs I have delt with. They are gentle with my dogs and my dogs even love going there. I have also used them on 2 occasions for boarding and was impressed with their set up. Each dog has it's own TV. No bad smell either. Very clean. I only wrote on here because I saw the other review and strongly diagree with it. Maybe that person is confused about where they were or was just one of those people that you just can't please. I've been into this clinic many times and have been nothing but very impressed. They treat the animals better than I get treated by my own Doctor.

This is by far the most incompetent vet clinic I've ever been to. I have had 2 different foster dogs go there, and they were apallingly bad. The first one they said had ringworm and tested + under the Wood's light. They also said her heart was fine. Took her to my vet who said the Wood's light is negative, and she has an arrhythmia in her heart. After having her for 6 wks, I can tell you that she did NOT have ringworm. Second dog they told me had an ear infection and nothing more. Took her to my vet who said the dog is underweight, lethargic, and has a heart murmur which indicates heart disease. Blood work showed cancer and heart disease, which they completely missed. They also failed to notice the dog's anal glands were painfully engorged or that her ears were so filthy the meds couldn't even absorb into her skin. I will NEVER take an animal there. They rush through exams and miss HUGE things. If you love your pet, go somewhere else.

The people that say that had a bad experiance at this clinic must not fully understand what was going. This clinic and all it's doctors are amazing. I take all of my animals there and so does the rest of my family. We love Dr. Meagan Bright and all the staff so much we drive to Liberty Lake from the north side of Spokane to see her. Hands down there the best. Pay no atention to the negative reviews. Legacy is the place to go!!!!

I too will not go back. We started going there about 2 months ago. We adopted a husky from a rescue and it was obvious that she needed a thorough check. For the amount of issues she had I feel not enough time was spent initially. We took her in for a bath due to excessive scratching and possible anal gland problems within a week of our first visit. Only 1/2 of what we took her in for was addressed. We took her back for a 3rd time within the first 2 weeks to re-eval her scratching and had labs drawn at that time. I had to call to get lab results and learned that her abnormal labs had been filed in her chart without a call to us to discuss them, all the while she was miserable. I needed to change her food due to an allergy they forgot to tell me about. If they paid more attention to what I was telling them it could have been addressed in less time and $. They wanted to "wait and see" when a urine test was inconclusive. Send it for a culture already. Very uncaring & unorganized

I had a complimentary exam from them that was furnished because I adopted a humane society dog. Unfortunately, they asked me to bring him back the day after to see how he reacted to the vaccines (I paid extra for as a responsible owner) and then they charged me the $90 they missed out on from the free exam. I now work as a vet tech, and no place I have dealt with has ever participated in this unethical practice. I called the office manager, and she was horrifically rude, telling me it was a common charge to have to pay (NOT TRUE!). If they try the same with you, go to a different vet. BEWARE!
