Click to report rating    4/22/16   1     5     4     1   Not happy with Dr. Scott Isaacson. My cat had x-rays done and he said they were normal, nothing wrong. I called twice weeks later concerned that my cat was having the same issues and worse than before. Another vet pulled her x-rays and said there is indeed an issue with her hips that Dr. Scott Isaacson didn't see on the recent x-rays. It's scary to me that he missed something so important. Also extremely overpriced!!! The amounts they want to charge for regular exams are ridiculous. RID: 60363

Click to report rating    7/13/11   3     5     3     2   We have been using this clinic for several years. They are technically good at what they do, but they are pricey. In the last few years I can't tell whether I'm in a car dealership or a chain restaurant. "Hi, my name is Cindy and I'll be your technician today." There is constant upselling and pressure to get you to buy more goods or services. I wonder if they get commission - the technician during my previous visit was so persistent he couldn't hear me say no. The vet was better, but you could feel him restraining himself. Go to a serious vet, not a marketing firm. RID: 26177

Click to report rating    6/24/08   1     1     1     1   I had a horrible experience at this vet hospital, and believe their incompetent care is the reason my dog did not recover from kennel cough/pneumonia. Dr. Scott Isaacson did not make the right calls or ensure the right care for my dog. When I took my dog out of this hospital straight to Oakland Veterinary Services, they were shocked at what Dr. Scott didn't do for my dog. I always waited a long time for the vet, and they charge a lot more than other vets. I would never go there again. RID: 9015
Click to report rating    6/29/07   5     5     5     5   This office has always been very professional, caring. Their facility is very clean with seperate areas for dogs and cats while waiting to be seen. The staff is outstanding and the costs, while not cheap i find are fair. I would prefer to pay a little more for top notch care in a clean, caring, professional setting. All the vets on staff are excellent. RID: 4991
