The staff have helped to look after our dog for almost 14 years and always treat her as if she is one of their own. We appreciate the time they take to make her feel comfortable and explain any medicines that she may need. We will always take our family pets to Rockford for care.

I have been a longtime customer here. But recently added a new dog to our family. She had a condition that is very normal and can occur in many dogs during puppy years and does (NOT) require treatment like steroids or antibiotics. They gave my dog antibiotics which from what I discovered is the WORST thing they could have done. They also gave her BRAVECTO which stays in the system up to 4 months and can KILL your dog, there is NO ANTIDOTE and several dogs have dies from being given this. If my dog dies from this, I will be taking legal action against them. All I can do now is wait and hope my dog will be ok. It’s apparently Russian Roulette giving your dog BRAVECTO. Highly not recommend for hearding breeds! Don’t give this to your dog, they know it’s leathal but still push it on customers! Look online for additional information, be proactive do not trust these vets completely there only after your money!

No concern for my wee Moose. Could have cared less with their attitude that he we going to have to be put to sleep. Can't afford there high costs and wish I'd never taken him there.

This clinic is a money pit. There are so many staff the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They are all about the money. I stopped using them after sitting in the waiting room and hearing the vets and staff trashing people on the phone. Grey-Bruce animal clinics are all in the same club. Its pathetic.

Dr Dupont Dx my dog and Rx the correct treatment she answers questions is very approachable and has been our veterinary for over 6 years.

This clinic was the vet on call during the weekend. My dog was suffering from a heart condition on Saturday and I knew he only had a day or so to live but I wanted him to be comfortable. I was told that they would not see my dog because he wasn't one of their patients even though they were the vet on call for the region that weekend. My dog suffered tremendously all weekend until Monday when he died. I will never forget this and will never forgive them for their negligence.

Very pleased with the way that they took care and follow up with our dog on emergency based services. The findings were right on the money and now,we are switching our animals to their clinic, due to their diligent manner and reasonable fees. Thankyou.

Dr W and associates are incredibly compassionate and caring. Thorough in diagnostics, not "pushy" on extras, totally fair-minded and understanding of all personal aspects of both human and their companion.

Very expensive for the services provided. Claim to be exotic pet vets, but their clients often know more than they do, yet even when told what the situation is and the medication needed - they still charge full price exam, and tests before giving the same medication they were asked for originally. 150$ for a small animal, to get my own diagnosis given back to me. The staff are polite, the facilities are adequate, but I hope they are better with cats and dogs than they are with exotics.

No better vet in the world. The staff and doctors go way beyond any vet service that I have used in over 40 years. Our Sassy now 16 has been with them for 13 years. They treat her like their own. Couldn't recommend a better more dedicated vet service. Staff and doctors both

This vet provided me with the most tramatic experience ever. I had a beloved dog named Jessie and he was very sick. He was vaccinated here but caught something on vacation in the states. When i took him there they refused to look at him because i didn't have any canadian cheques or cash to pay. I screamed at them in tears that i would pay, and they finally looked at him. They didn't do any real testing and he subsequently died in my arms that evening after waking me up to do so. I still cry every time i think of this and i tell everyone i have the opportunity to tell. Although this was years ago, it is still fresh in my mind. This is unacceptable by any standards. In my heart of hearts, i could never have put money above someones obvious fear and pain like they did. RIP my beloved Jessie. This story is absolutely true and i certainly hope the IP address is logged because i would tell this story to anyone face to face.

Been using this vet for over 3 years. We started using them when I needed an after hours appointment (they are open until 8 pm on Wednesday).This clinic went way beyond the call of duty and treated us with great respect. They didn't rush our decision or make us feel bad (when we have to make the awful decision to let our dog go) but helped to guide us to the right decision for our dog. They do all the little things (like send condolences cards, reminder appointment cards, etc.) Changed from my old vet to this vet and have never regretted the decision. They have always be kind, caring and very professional. They treat us like family and go out of the way to take the best possible care of our dogs and puppies. The service is great and they always find time to get our dogs in on short notice (whether it is an emergency or a "just need a peace of mind" appointment). They always call us and our dogs by our names and treat our dogs like they are the best dogs in world. Our dogs love them!
