my cat was spayed there and 2 days later she had and open belly and bad infection.

This place was opened by the Carroll County Humane Society. The clinic was very nice and they offered very low cost spay and neuters. I took in a mom and litter of 5 kittens 12-13 weeks old at different times. The last 2 I took in came home the next day were very sick. I called the clinic and they said "give them a few days, they are fine" I took them to a vet 3 days after surgery and both were in kidney failure due to the pain medication they received after surgery. the male died the next day at the vet office and the female is alive and doing great. The vet bills for both were around $500, both were on fluids. She was on fluids for 3 days. The vet said the pain medication they gave is not for cats and should NEVER be used in kittens. The place is now closed and the website says it is shut due to no vet, but will reopen soon. If you do use this place make sure to ask them not to use that pain medication. I forgot the name of the drug but it started with a "M"
