Miserable experience involving a cherished pet who ended up getting euthanized. Forbidden to be with her during her exam, never informed of the specific medical personnel involved, and my efforts to acquire details of that day took MONTHS to obtain. In addition they delayed critical care for her due to a form THEY lost, which ironically gave them permission to act without delay. Over a four month period it took over a dozen attempts to reach them for information, and usually not hearing back, requiring great resourcefulness to finally reach the parties involved. By the time I got the doctor in charge so much time had passed she didn't even recall the case and had no idea if she was even involved in my pet's care.

This is in regards to a previous posting I put up; In all actuality it was a lack of communication on both parties. I believe they should have told me the right blood test that my cat needed & disregarded what I said, instead of adding stuff to bill that was not needed. One simple blood test is all I needed. Although, they were very congenial.

They should be charged w/ larceny, although the staff was attentive. I had to call 9 days later to get the results from my cats blood work, to which came back "negative". I was charged over $600.00 to see one x-ray & to be given wrong information on blood tests. They should be more conscientious to the overall well being of the animals & NOT to their pocket books!

Excellent experience. Caring staff & doctors at the top of the game with state of the art facilities. wouldn't mind checking in myself.
