I had an awful experience when I took my cat there to have his teeth examined. He growled and hissed, nothing else, but the vet was afraid of him! Even when I was standing right by him. He had surgery to have teeth pulled, and I was informed afterwards that they weren't able to get all of the teeth because they were afraid he was going to come to. The worst was when a vet tech made me get my cat out of its cage in the back because she (and apparently all the staff) were afraid to get him out. So I had to wrestle my cat out of the cage. It was awful. At no point did he try to bite or scratch anyone. Even if he did, I would think handling aggresive (scared) animals is their business.

Were afraid of my cat and refused to see. Over-rated practice. This may have been a top practice in the past, but no longer.
