Click to report rating    8/7/14   4     5     5     5   I had a very bad experience with Dr. Craig Schley which resulted in my cat having to be euthanized later that night at an emergency clinic. Other than that one dangerous vet, I had nothing but good experiences at this clinic. The vet techs and office staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful, and the vet I normally saw, Dr. Allie Uphill, is outstanding. RID: 52931
Click to report rating    1/22/11   5     5     5     5   Fantastic vets, fair pricing, caring and compassionate. When we had a 13 year old cat with kidney failure they didn't recommend euthanasia, they took time to train me on how to give her IV fluids to prolong her life by 9 mos. RID: 22275
Click to report rating    12/12/09   1     1     1     1   Took my guinea pig to Dr. Craig Schley to find out why he is sick earlier this year (2009) and instead of telling me that he didn't know much about guinea pigs he countinues to treat my guinea pig even though he obviously didn't know how to treat guinea pigs. He gave my gp some amoxi-drops (which are deadly to guinea pigs) and when confronted the doc says "not many have died on me before using this medicine." Well if reading this do research and you will see that he was full of it. I do not reccomend anyone see this guy because he cannot be trusted with your pet. This was a guinea pig so if he isn't honorable enough to say he doesn't know how to treat exotics then he isn't honorable at all. Now my Bear is no longer with us he died a week after taking the medicine. RIP Bear. RID: 15752
Click to report rating    3/22/09   3     3     3     1   I've taken two cats to OVC and both have died. The first was a rescue kitten and may have had medical issues but he died the very same evening of the day an OVC vet saw him and gave him a clean bill of health. Our second cat was a healthy 5 month old male. We took him in to be neutered and declawed. We had to rush him back to the clinic with respiratory problems three days after the surgery. He had a severe infection, was treated with antibiotics. They also removed fluid from his lungs. But he died 16 days after surgery. RID: 12211
Click to report rating    11/14/07   5     5     5     5   ALL of the numerous Vets at OVC are fantastic; Specifically here, Dr. Molly Stevenson. We have an unfortunate disability hardship at home and could not afford a drug for our dog. Dr. Molly agreed to "price match" a deeply discounted prescription I found on-line. Kind, caring and thorough. They just can't be beat. RID: 6436
Click to report rating    7/3/07   5     5     5     5   We love everyone at Oregon vet clinic. They have taken great care of our family's dogs over the years. Did great work on ACL surgery on our lab, Abby. Opened the clinic for us at 1am when we had an emergency. Very friendly, good prices, and will honestly tell you the best option for your pet, not just the most expensive! RID: 5055
