I took my bearded dragon to them to find out gender and she was having trouble pooping. She was active and behaving normally at that time. While testing for gender she was thrashing about, as lizards do, then froze in place while he was still testing for gender. They took her out of the room to give her an x-ray and enema. When they gave her back to me, she wouldn't open her eyes or move on her own. I thought she was just exhausted and took her home. She died within24 hours of her visit. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. After my experience, I honestly don't care if they were punctual or friendly. But I can certainly tell you the monetary value sucked.

I take my 2 dogs there and have taken a rescue dog there as well. The caring staff is always friendly and willing to answer my questions and explain any and all procedures and treatments until I fully understand what and why they are doing them.
