Made a meet and greet appointment at this clinic and brought in the medical history of my dogs which included what shots they had and were still up to date. As soon as she entered she assumed I was there to vaccinate my dogs. This bothered me that she never bothered to read their medical history that I brought in. I did inquire about the cost for a spay and she quoted me $700. The only vet in the area to go beyond $200 for spay. This gave me the impression she needed me to help pay off her student loans for vet school. She pushed hard on selling me products and services instead of developing a relationship and learning about my beliefs, knowledge and concerns. For a clinic that claims to know that the little things are what matters, my experience did not jive with what they advertised on their website.

I brought my rabbit here. My rabbit was handled wrong and ended up with a dislocated knee. I had to take to another more trusted vet. It was obvious that the vet is not rabbit savvy. I gave neutral ratings on all other options as they are an average vet office.
