Terrible process here, very very expensive, they keep your pet extra long to charge you monitor fees on every service. They raise your price every time for every service, this has happened for past 3 years on regular appointments and regular maintenance. Every single time. Owner lost his license due to abuse. Staff is hard to work with. Paul the owner avoids conversation and customers as he's being investigated again, again.
