Dr. Jean Metzler is a disgrace to the veterinary profession. After several telephone calls and emails like the one here, to discuss our dog’s cancer further, she did not have the professional courtesy to call us back. We emailed this:
I can't believe you haven't had the courtesy to call Laurie
regarding Giulia. As you may know, we are devastated by
the results of her test. You did say however, you were going to
consult with a colleague and get back to Laurie. You haven't. That is
unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Dr. Metzler is a no nonsense, down to earth, vet who looks at the big picture and acts in cooperation with the owner. Exactly what I was looking for.
