Had used this vet in the past, staff rude and the vet is infantile and yells at his client if they ask a question he does not like. Would not send my worse enemy there. He made my wife cry because he did not like a question before or dog was neutered, and he kept trying to dominate my 6 month Rottweiler pup by holding him down and even though my pup had done nothing wrong. I asked him not to do that and he said" you have to show them who's boss" I got up and left found another Vet. And he's much better.

We had a terrible experience with this office! We adopted a shelter puppy who came down with parvo. After 700.00 dollars spent on therapy, we still had yet to even meet the doctor. Only met the fill-in vet on our first day of treatment whose course of treatment totally conflicted with what the office manager (who is not a vet!!) and vet tech told us. After 3 days of treatment and requesting to meet Dr. Emad, he still did not come out to talk to us. The vet tech actually raised her voice at me and was scolding in tone during one conversation and acted very defensive when I had questions. The office manager was very cold in nature. I did not feel as if animals were the priority here, just business! We switched to another vet after 3 days of daily treatments. I've never experienced anything like this at a vetrinarian's office...very poor customer service!

I have been coming to this vet for many years. He has take over the practice from Dr. Mary and has done a wonderful job with the facility. all changed, but they are all really nice people. I highly recomment this hospital. Dr. Amad is kind, explains everything in detail. and takes his time with you. Make sure you have an appointment. Sometimes there is a wait, but it is worth it.
