We have been going here for over 2 years with our "puppy". She has been treated amazing as have we. I recommend this vet to anyone. Our dog turns herself inside out with joy upon entering the parking lot. Now that says it all. 5 stars!!!!

Fair prices- not the cheapest in town but quality over quantity (you get what you pay for)...Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Their support staff and technicians go above and beyond. The doctors try to work with you when there are financial constraints, but there is a fee for any services received regardless of the business. They are a huge help when it comes to training puppies and are full of good ideas, tips, & tricks!! The staff are really good when dealing with anxious or scared pets. They even handled my nasty cat quite quickly and efficiently without drugs. The building is an older one however and could use a little TLC. I recommend them to everyone.

Very caring and professional staff. They were very willing to help with all questions and concerns I had with my new puppy. Very proactive in preventing behavioral and health issues. Grooming is expensive but to notch.

Very friendly staff they gave me lots of information to help with my puppy. I have been researching on-line and they really helped me to understand what I have been reading. The Puppies at their puppy class seem to be having a blast! Can't wait till my little girl can start.

I spent my first visit hearing from the vet tech how I should pay for classes for them to reverse what I've carelessly done to my dog by not crate training him. She tried to push every product/service they provide onto me. The only good part of the visit was Dr. Chasowy who provided a no-pressure approach and allowed me to ask questions and see potential areas of risk for my dog.

Could not tell me what was wrong with my dog,said blood tests showed nothing. Went to another vet with the tests and they told me where the problem was.

I brought my cat here who was having trouble walking. After waiting for 30 mins past my appointment the vet took us in...spent 5 mins examining my cat and decided that the 1 1/2 hours left in the day was not enough time to do any tests. She thought that my cat possibly had a pelvic fracter but told me to take him home, lock him in a room and bring him back the next day. I was told that i had to drop him off in the morning sometime and they would try to get him in depending on what their morning was like. The vet was insensitve to my concerns and twice rolled her eyes at me. She snapped at me when i wanted to get the exrays done that day as they had scheduled a dog to be put down at the same time and did not have the staff to take care of both animals. After cancelling the appointment the next day the receptionist was rude on the phone and threatened to send our info to collections if we did not pay our outrageous $57.00 exam bill that determined nothing and lasted 5 mins.

They charge different prices on basic exams when you have 2 dogs of the same breed and size.
