Lure you in with claim of "affordable" pet care. Then you get an outrageous bill and embarass you in front of others by signing a form if you dont do what they want. the staff is rude and almost hostile. Seroously, would it crack your face if you smiled a little? Obviously problems come from management because the manager is argumentative, yells and gossips about clients in front of other clients. Doctors are just ok but problem is the doctors dont stay around. If cant keep doctors then they cant keep me because I want consistency for my pets.
