While prices are relatively low and billing can be flexible, Dr. Zamora keeps selective financial records. A billing arrangement isn't a service to your client if records of prior payments are omitted.
My elderly mom (who passed a few months ago) claimed several times AEZR was double billing her for our family cats and pug, and after paying the last bill out of my own pocket in 2014, there's still no record of any such payment, or any other payments for the past 4 years, which is totally untrue.
When we had our cat euthanized in 2013 I left her overnight and in the morning she was in deplorable condition, worse than when she was dropped off. Dripping and soaking wet, shaking and clearly miserable.
Dr. Zamora has a cold bedside manner during euthanizing and actually whistled to himself during and after the injection. They then tried to charge an exorbitant disposal fee and $50 PER NIGHT for cold storage.
Please, do yourself and your pets a favor and avoid this vet.
