I have been taking my two cats and three dogs to CHACC for 12 years now and Dr. Barnes services has been great. she really listens to my concernes and cares for my pets just as much as i do. If it wasnt for the Dr finding the cancer in one of my dogs she would have died. thankfully she is still alive. i would reccomed this vet clinic to any one. the Dr as well as the staff are very caring, nice and very knoldgable. Thank you Dr Barnes

Our cat has kidney disease, and is required to have subcutaneous water treatments and special prescription diet food. We stop by the vet to pick up new water and food on a regular basis, and it's always been fine. Today my wife stopped by again, and met the new receptionist who rudely informed her that the previous receptionist had not been doing her job properly, and that she would not give new food or water without us bringing in the cat for new blood work and an exam. She was very confrontational. I called when I was heard this, to simply ask why we couldn't get new water for our cat without bringing her in, and the same receptionist was VERY rude to me. I asked again why, and she passed the phone to the vet instead. Rather than answer my question she told me "This is my practice, I'm a doctor" and hung up on me. Neither my wife nor myself are prone to argument. To be treated rudely by the receptionist was unpleasant, but not as much a surprise as being hung up on by the doctor!
