They have always been very kind to my babies & recognize them BY NAME before we even check in! Care is always discussed & diagnostics are explained. When the doctors are outside their realm of expertise, they have had no issue with referring us to wherever we've needed to go, whether it's Cross Lanes or Columbus. They used to always offer an estimate, but eventually gave up because I don't care what the cost is going to be - my babies will get whatever they need, period. We were recently referred to Columbus for my Jack Russell mix. When we arrived with our spiral bound medical records & separate discs for xray & ultrasound images, every employee we encountered there was SO impressed! I was asked repeatedly, "Your VET did this?" & I replied, "Yep, my vet ROCKS!" We're moving from WV to NE very soon. Sadly, I know I'll never find another vet like Dr. Chevalier. We love & will miss her terribly! RID: 33148

Click to report rating    11/5/09   2     3     1     1   We took my puppy in to have him neutered when he was about 6 months old. Later, we go to pick him up, and find him in the back room, laying in a huge puddle of his own blood. After freaking out and asking about it, they told us he was perfectly fine and sent him home with a cone collar. That night, we had to make the two hour trip to the emergency vet to have them save his life when he was obviously not "perfectly fine." After asking around, I've never talked to anyone with a good experience from these people! Its awful! RID: 15199

Click to report rating    10/28/07   1     2     2     1   I rescued a 1 year old border collie. I had her spayed at this clinic. The vet still uses staples. I had to take her back to have the staples removed, then the incision got infected. I had to take her back for another visit and they said the border collie was causing the problem. So after I spent lots of money, they sent me home with antibiotics and a cone head so she wouldn't be able to lick the incision. The incision didn't get any better. My aunt (who is a nurse) looked at her incision and said that there was still a staple in there. She removed it for me and the incision healed without problems. I'll never go back. RID: 6276
Click to report rating    7/11/07   1     1     1     1   THERE ARENT ANY EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE SCHOOLING FOR VETERINARY SERVICES, EXCEPT THE TWO DOCTORS. THEY DO ALL PROCEDURES THAT THEIR DOCTORS DO AND CHARGE WHAT A VETERINARIAN WOULD CHARGE. THESE PEOPLE ARE TREATING OUR ANIMALS, AND ACTUALLY COMMITTING FRAUD. RID: 5149
