Came in for a wellness exam. Had to wait almost an hour due to a client ahead of me was late to her appointment. Overall the facility is okay, but I think they can improve on a lot more. It was unorganized, short staffed, long waits, and very expensive. I would not recommend this privately owned animal practice to any of my friends.

I was badly ripped off at this place. They performed a wellness exam that was not necessary because the dog had had one only 4 months prior. The lab fee of $151.50 was excessive by any standard. I requested a partial refund and did not even receive the courtesy of a reply.

Charge you $85.00 just to "walk in door". Spent over $600.00 to come to "no conclusion" on problem last year. Last month prescribed meds based upon their diagnosis. Seem to clear up infection but came back -now want to bring our dog back in to do more tests. So far none of our dog’s ailments have been correctly diagnosed. Spent over $1000.00!
