DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO ALTA LOMA ANIMAL HOSPITAL! I've personally experienced the unethical business dealings as well as negligence to my animals. PLEASE DO SOME RESEARCH! There's a reason Dr. Moussa is on probation!

I cannot recommend Alta Loma Animal Hospital after my past experience with them. Our dog, and constant companion for 16 years, became very ill and the decision had to be made to put him down. We waited an hour and a half, even after calling ahead to let the office know our crisis. Our dog was in very bad condition, and my son waited in the car with him. I was asked to sign in, and after 15 minutes, was asked a number of questions. I told them I had phoned ahead. I was asked to take a seat. I was then asked, across the waiting room, could I bring the dog in to have him weighed, and was I "taking the body with me"(??) Again I told them that he was in no condition. Finally brought into a room, the dog was put on the exam table, waited another 45 minutes for the doctor. Dr. Moussa arrived. I had to ask him to explain the procedure, and what was happening. Hurriedly said he would need to put in an IV, which didn't happen, called for help from a staff person, roughly put in the needle with t

Took my dog there with a problem breathing, Called in the morning and talked to desk clerk and said they didn't have a appointment until 9:45 got there early and desk clerk even came out to vehicle and asked about dogs symptoms and saw that she was having issues breathing. Told me to wait and they will come and let me know when they can see the dog, 10:06 rolls around and dog passed away in the back of my truck. Now I ask if you had a dog that had breathing issues don't you think a vet staff should push that dog to the front of the line, Even Dr. Moussa agreed but their incompetence cost my dogs life. Stay away from this place if you need quick medical service for your animal.
