Over priced, Pat Scott is sloppy with paperwork, they cater to those who have $$$$ and mislead you on quotes. 700.00 for a neuter is outrageous! My cat had liver failure and diabetes. They claimed her condition was due to bad teeth. It wasn’t until I went to another vet, the truth came out about the condition my cat was really in. She RIP now. I do wonder, had this clinic caught the condition earlier, would my beloved cat still be here with me today?

I took my cat here bc my regular vet was booked up and my cats eye kept watering and was getting gunky and I was concerned she may have had an infection. We saw Dr.Rachel and though she was extremely friendly (very chatty), all she really did was take a look in her eye, pull her lid back, say it was probably a virus which they don't prescribe meds for, to wait it out and see if it got worse. Literally in there for 10 minutes, bill was over $80!!! Are you kidding me??? That's over double what my regular vet pays! wasn't impressed by that at all.

The receptionist misleads me for the price of dog neuter. Don't believe what they told you for quotation. The price gotta adds up to more than double of it during operation.$95 for per 10 mins. anaesthesia. I paid off >$600 instead of $330 for my dog neuter.

I have been asked to justify the rating that I am giving to Lakeview Animal Hospital of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
I gave the staff a rating of 5/5: How could I give less to the group of people who gave more life to my little girl than I could have on my own? To the people who loved her as much as I did? To the people who cried with me, who let me be a blubbering cry baby?
The facilities are spotless. I have been through every inch of the hospital. Impressive.
I recall being asked to wait more than once...a doggie came in making the most scary coughing noise, clearly in distress, wouldn't you wait? Another time the reason for the delay was heartbreaking...the couple who exited the exam room were in tears. I knew that they lost a friend. The delays that I've experienced were uncontrollable, and sad.
Monetary value? What price would you place upon the highest possible quality of life for your best friend? Having taken that view point, and heard of costs at other hospital's

Staff are extremely knowledge, friendly and helpful. They go above an beyond expectations on a daily basis. Facilities are clean, inviting and very well maintained. Doctors are respectful of scheduling and work hard to provide the best quality care while maintaining a punctual schedule. Overall monetary value is excellent - best quality care for reasonable prices. This is an outstanding clinic.

Have been using this Vet Hospital for my multiple cats for years. Have seen all three vets. Yes, they are expensive but they have a large staff who have always been very helpful. I have never had a problem getting my cats seen when faced with an emergency situation. They assist local animal charities as well.

I used this vet for quite some time. I actually had my cat put down here. Never questioned their prices or service until a friend of mine told me about their horror story with the same vet. They had been told their dog had cancer and were days away from putting it down. They had been treating it with visits and meds galore racking up the $$$ until a day before taking it in to put it down they found a skewer sticking out its side. Turns out this lump was no tumor but a build up of fluid due to puncturing. They clearly did not do a biopsy and lied! I could not believe it and thought back to my cat being put down there. They only offered a super expensive solution and thus we had to put it down. I always tell people to avoid them now... Scary stuff!
