While staff is nice enough, they charge top dollar and provide poor service. For example test results weren't provided when promised, requiring multiple follow-ups. In the end it was not clear they even performed the high cost test they charged me for. On another recent occasion they made me wait over an hour for a document I was told would be waiting for me.
