SPENT $600 ON A RESCUE KITTEN. INSTEAD OF TAKING CARE OF EVERYTHING AT ONCE, THEY KEPT ON HAVING ME COME BACK REPEATEDLY EVERY WEEK AND BE CHARGED. AFTER $600 PLUS I CHANGED TO BANFIELD WHO GOT ME IN RIGHT AWAY AND FOR ONLY $34 A MONTH EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED SHOTS, VISITS EVEN HER ENTIRE SPAYING IS INCLUDED! I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMENED THIS VET!

This was my vet for over 17 yrs, and thru several animals, once and only ONCE in alll those yrs, I owed $89 on which I ws paying a bit at a time,life got chaotic and for 2 months I forgot my payments. when I went In to get a simple tube of Advantix for my dog AND make a payment they refused to give me the flea med, and were sarcsatic and nasty making jokes about how I had "forgotten" the payments! I wanted to cry I was so embarassed!! I paid my entire balance and signed papers to switch vets Immedietly, after nearly 20 yrs and for one time owing money, The office staff was the rudest I have ever encountered! calling me a liar and sliding the med out of my hand !!!! please don't go here If yuo think you may ever need a break on a bill If they did this to me after 20 yrs I wonder what else could happen.
