I have never been more impressed with a Veterinary Clinic in the 55 years of owning dogs. I am from out of town and need a vet quickly. This site was recommended to me and I made my choice from the wonderful reviews that other patients had written This was our 1st time to the clinic. Our visit was an emergency call because of an issue with our dog. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely caring. Dr. Loh was wonderful. She was thorough, explained everything very simply for me and made me feel extremely comfortable and extremely grateful that I choose this clinic to go to. I left with complete confidence that our precious lab would make a full recovery and that I had left with all the information I needed to nurse back to health and fully understood all directions. I am determined to make sure that if I need a vet in the future that I will travel the 2 1/2 hours to the clinic that is how wonderful I think this clinic is!!!!

LOVE this clinic and Dr Marilyn Loh. I've been taking my pets there since she opened the clinic, but have worked with her for years (I have 3 cats, my boyfriend has 2 and I took my last dog to see her, my new dog and my brother and parents both take their dogs there as well). Marilyn has always been very straight forward; she never goes for the most expensive treatment option first and explains the risks and benefits of all your options to you when you're faced with a problem. I've only ever once had to wait beyond a scheduled appointment time when the clinic was faced with an emergency when a cat was hit by a car on the street (who they then operated on and now have as a vet clinic pet when nobody claimed him :) The staff are all very nice and cordial and Marilyn's associate vet, Dr. Cumming is very knowledgeable and kind as well. I've always felt very looked after there and would never go anywhere else.

This is by far the most caring animal hospital I've ever been to. The care is absolutely exceptional, and Dr Loh is an amazing vet. Dr.Loh is sure to always thoroughly explain the care of your pet and is such an honest, caring person.

I give this clinic a rating of 1 for staff because I felt they totally lacked professionalism. Anyone looking for a new vet might want to look around Burlington a bit more before picking East Plains Animal Hospital. Sadly Dr.Loh misdiagnosed my Animals on 2 separate occasions. She Also did not take the time to explain Specific Information about OVER THE COUNTER DRUGS SHE SUGGESTED WE GIVE OUR PET, And sadly my dog OVERDOSED BECAUSE OF THIS VET CLINIC,AND ALMOST DIED. PICK ANOTHER VET CLINIC IF POSSIBLE.THE PRICES ARE ALSO VERY HIGH HERE, I found out now since finding a new VET After my pet almost died,that the prices are a lot higher than others in Burlington. Considering the lack of remorse on the vets part about her mistakes and the high prices, as well as the obnoxious CLINIC MANAGER at East Plains Animal Hospital, you will thank me later for helping you decide on a vet.

Mountaingrove Pet Mobile Services is amazing. Dr.Loh, comes to your house, and is by far the best, most caring vet I've ever met. She is understanding and sensitive to my pets needs. She is one of the few vets out there who is more concerned for the welfare of animals than just making money. Amazing doctor and amazing service. She came by late on a Sat. because I concerned about my cats eye. She also works out of Aldershot Animal Hospital as well.
