The vet and nurses where great but the front desk is really lacking compassion for people who’s loved pet is ill or dying they made me feel worse before and after my dog was put to sleep .

Medically the vets seem competent, but the ancillary aspects are fairly lacking; they frequently lose clients' property (I've "donated" towels twice, & know of at least 3 others whose dogs have gone in with leashes & come out without). They have trouble getting in Rx diets for regular clients --about 1/4 to 1/3 the time they order the wrong thing, forcing me to drive all over the place to get what my cat must have. It's the only vet in our rather rural area, so we're a captive audience.

Group practice open 6 days a week. Vets are top notch, open to new ideas, problem solvers and will do research for difficult problems. Caring geriatric care, knowledgeable about breeder issues, will squeeze you in for emergencies. They go the extra mile. I am a cat breeder and they have helped me every step of the way.

This is a very caring clinic. The vets will take the time to find out what is wrong. They are not pushy about tests and extras. They give a very detailed estimate anytime they suggest a procedure.
