Brought a **** in to schedule a c-section. Cheryl argued with us about doing the section and said instead to "keep watching." The day after we wanted to schedule the section, she ruptured her uterus and we lost half the puppies. Additionally the scheduled section was about $400 this one since it was an emergency was $1600. Maybe all she cared about was padding her bill?!?! She blamed it on staffing! The rest of the staff is great, just ask to see another vet, not Cheryl McDermott. The **** is no longer able to be shown.

I live over an hour away in Vancouver, WA and still make the trip to see these vets. The staff here is the best I've ever seen. I used to take my pets to my local Banfield but got a tip that these vets charge half what others do, and had very good recomendations. For example, my Australian Shepard was diagnosed with Giarda (by banfeld), and they wanted to charge me $50 for the meds even though I pay for "insurance." I decided to take my other dogs to Timberland instead. They ended up looking at my dogs and suggested a MUCH cheaper remedy (Panacure) and then refused to charge me for the visit. I have since been back and won't take my dogs anywhere else.

I really enjoyed my visit here. My dog was happy during the visit, and that means the world to me. Thank you, Timberland!

I called them up one time to see if they could fix my rabbit, Autumn. They said they did small animals but it'd be a 50/50 chance of her living. I don't think there that well equipped for enough procedures. They should have learned about this in medical school and be able to fix my bunny with me knowing she'll live through it.

Run by Dr. Cheryl McDermott and her husband Brad, also in attendance is Dr. Laura Steward. Both Vets breed and show dogs, keep up to date with new medicine and practices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
