	1/21/15	4	5	5	5	This is a excellent place to take a dog. I raise chows and have for over 20 years. I also show my dogs and they have done the very best for them. Dr. Ferro is my favorite but Dr. Garland is extremely caring and also very good. My chows are part of my family and I consider this practice the best and drive an hour to get here and will continue to do so. I trust them.
	6/4/13	5	5	5	5	Drs Ferro and Garland are awesome doctors and have always always been attentive to my dogs and cats. Never have I had anything but a good interaction with them. Drs have been kind, knowledgeable and gentle with my sometimes high strung weiner dogs. I recommend them as often as I can.
	6/24/11	5	5	5	5	I have been using this clinic for almost 20 years. When my 20 year old cat had to be put to sleep on a Sunday by another vet, Dr Ferro and Staff sent a card with comments about Max and how sweet she was. I also take my 2 English Bulldogs to them for all their needs. I find that they are very reasonable and caring!
	2/17/11	1	1	1	1	Worst customer service anywhere. Cannot believe the simple mistakes they made, that killed my dog. If you truely love your pet, do not bring it here. So sad; and the staff had no sympathy.
	1/6/11	5	5	4	5	We have 9 cats at the present time and have been going to Dr. Ferro over 10 years now. They are some of the best in the business! I prefer working with Dr. Ferro because he has a history with our cats and is always very caring. His staff is also top rate with several having been there over 10 years as well. They are all knowledgable and helpful.
	2/22/10	5	5	5	5	dr ferro is a great doctor he knows what he is doing and he lets you know what to expect. the staff is friednly and nice great place to take your loveable pets... i rate it a 5 because there worth a million..thanks to them for working hard for us.
	4/10/09	5	5	5	5	I've been taking all my animals to this vet for many years and have and will continue to recommend them to everyone. They keep the rates down and are a friendly office. He hires knowledgeable people and I have had all my questions and concerns answered to the fullest extent, not to mention explained to me in a way that I can understand since I'm not a vet. Follow up care has always been exceptional.

	6/9/08	5	5	5	5	We have used Dr Ferro on numerous occasions, even and emergency c-section with no problems at all. We would highly recommend him.
*	1/14/08	1	1	1	1	I too have had a poor experience with this clinic. My dog was given a rabies vaccine and contracted IMHA from it. It is a life threatenting blood disorder which almost killed him. We have spend close to $9000 in 10 months treating him. The clinic will not take responsibility. They should have to warn people of the risks that vaccines can cause you pets. If we were told of risks, (and there are many according to the research I have done) we would never have had his shots. He is a house dog and not a risk of rabies! the shot was not given by a vet as in accordance to oregon regulations. The girl who answered the phone gave it to him and then the vet signed the certificate....Scarry. We almost lost our beloved pet. People should know the risks of pet care.
	9/25/07	1	1	1	1	After taking animals to this location for 20 years!!! I have lost two dogs from medical mistakes!! Large turnover of new doctors out of school with no supervision!!Beware.They do not know what they are doing anymore.
