Facilities have updated clean appearance. Front desk is excellent as are veterinarians. I rate them low on monetary value on the basis of what they charge, $4 to write a scrip, and inflated prices on meds sold in the clinic--200% over on-line prices. The last vet visited was anxious to SELL additional tests and meds--even during the follow-up call. A veterinarian should have your pet's welfare in mind and not how much extra service you can be persuaded to pay for, necessary or not. The staff are top-notch but this attitude of pressure salesmanship needs to be played down.

Wonderful, wonderful vets. I think they are pretty widely regarded as among the best in PDX. My experiences there have been excellent. The staff are friendly, well educated and go out of their way to be helpful. The vets provide top notch care and go the extra mile.
My dog was seriously injured while I was at work and hid the symptoms so well that I didn't notice till 15 minuted before their closing time. I called and they said bring him right in. The vets and techs stayed late to care for my dog. As usual, the care was top notch.
I am really impressed. I've seen three vets with my cat and dog and found every one to be caring, knowledgeable and up-to-date regarding the latest vaccine recommendations, etc. Highly recommended.
