Dr. Heise is the best veterinarian in the Albuquerque. He is kind smart and the most caring vet I have ever known.

The owner/proprietor, Dr. Richard Heise is a legend. He has been practicing for 50 years, and my family vet for 20. While many vets require hundreds of dollars of labwork to make a diagnosis, Dr Heise can often tell what is wrong just by the animals appearance. It is a practical approach to medicine which draws from experience instead of technology. Also, Dr Heise is very wise, and gives great advise when it comes to the difficult choices. And never will never order or charge for unnecessary tests or procedures.
