Drove over 3 hours for appointment and was on time. Was made to wait over an hour and half for a Sat. appt. Told us we had to come back with very sick bird that should not have had to travel that much twice and needed the xray for prognosis that day. The vet didn't want to take the xray we came all the way in to have taken since she didn't want to wait 20 minutes needed prior to the xray since they closed in another hour. Then charged us 4 times the price for the nebulizer that was quoted for much less by the assistant on the phone. I could have picked up the nubulizer for $27 at a regular pharmacy/boutique pharmacy but she charged $115. When I called her out on it once it was realized the next day and offered to bring back the unit unused due to the 400% higher retail charge from other stores, she refused.
