This review is for their help for animals going out of the country.
This clinic wants us to pay a pet relocation service. They recommended Air Animal that quoted us $2K+. We asked several times,"do you have the International Health Certificate USDA-APHIS 7001 form?". They answered yes. They did not have the form we mentioned but had an old form that was has phased out for over 4 years.
The doctor forgot to put her signature on the rabies health cert. The signature is a standard procedure for rabies cert with both the old and new forms
This would not be an issue if there was a USDA that would certify these forms in Visalia but can only be done in LA/SF. So unknowingly, we head out only to be rejected for travel.
When we set up a time to meet.The problem was not even endorsed to anyone. We waited a long time early in the morning knocking on their door bec they were still closed.
They even blamed us and told us that we should have just done the overpriced "Pet Relocation Ser

The best vet. clinic I have ever used. Dr. Proctor is so great with my two pit bulls and the two I had previously. No one is more caring or builds better trust with the animal and its owner than Dr Proctor. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and always provides options.
