Horrid Vets and staff. Rude cashier. I heard more than one person yell at the people in the front... How unprofessional... Dont judge this book by the cover.... The cover is much prettier than the story on the inside. RUDE RUDE RUDE people. will not be returning here EVER.... And i heard one of the vets there is breeding and selling puppies out of the basement of the facility? what the heck? Go elsewhere just because your frustration with the staff and end bill will be greater than the good things you have to say about this place... They seem to care about your money before the health of your pet. >=/

Dropped my kitten off for declawing and was asked to initial a form giving them permission to pull any teeth that were unusual, "like infected teeth" she stated, and that charge would be $25/tooth. When I picked her up the price was $50 more than what i as quoted. They pulled 2 teeth because they were baby teeth... my kitten was aprox 4.5 - 5 months old,.. what is so unusual about a kitten having baby teeth? On the other hand they do seem to be more technically advanced. The declawing was done by laser and they sent us home w/ pain meds.

I found that the vet charged me twice for a set of shots that my dog wasn't scheduled to recieve for another year. The tech tried to scare me, telling me I needed get extra shots and tests my dog could get sick and die, even though we were only there for a yearly check up. They were just trying to sell me extra stuff. They are the most expensive vet I have ever been to and I was not impressed with the service. They look at your pet and see dollar signs.

I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND CARE TO ANYONE! They said they had to keep her overnight, which turned into 5 days. They began injecting her with fluids because they were unclear and unsure as to her diagnosis. This place convinced me that my cat would live a comfortable life for possibly years. She died WITHIN AN HOUR OF BEING HOME! I WAS CHARGED $2,000 DOLLARS FOR GOD KNOWS WHAT AND ALSO FOR THE MEDICINES THAT I WAS NEVER ABLE TO GIVE HER. I NEVER GOT HER BED OR FOOD BACK- NEITHER OF WHICH WERE USED. NOBODY SEEMED TO KNOW WHO MY CAT WAS EACH TIME I CALLED TO CHECK ON HER AND THERE ARE SO MANY POEPLE WHO WORK THERE, IT IS ALWAYS CHANGING. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN WHAT MY BELOVED CAT WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH I WOULD HAVE PUT HER TO SLEEP. INSTEAD, THEY CONVINCED ME SHE WOULD BE FINE. I AM LEFT WITH THE GUILT AND THE IMAGE OF MY POOR LITTLE GIRL CRYING OUT FOR HELP AND GASPING FOR HER LAST BREATH BEFORE GOING LIMP FOREVER. I AM OBVIOUSLLY STILL VERY ANGRY.

I think that they're kind of expensive compared to other vets in the area. The place is clean, but I found some of the support staff to be rude. I thought that the boarding area for cats was small, crowded. When I voiced some of my concerns to the owner, Dr. Aul, he was unresponsive. I have since taken my pets to another veterinary hospital and would not recommend this place unless you're having an emergency and this is your only option at the moment.... but be prepared to dig very deeply into your pockets!!!
