Took my cat there for a minor problem She ignored all the info on the data sheet as well as the info from previous Vets She "treated" my cat-bad reaction and my cat is much sicker than when I took him there I find her to be unprofessional,overpriced,so arrogant that she would ignore years of data as well as disrespect my knowledge of my cats health needs,allergies,etc This is a 15 year old cat I raised since found weighing 51 ounces I know my cat Her arrogance is overwhelming totally dissatisfied

I have had several emergencies with each of my two cats. I was never turned away. My one cat becomes extremely upset at the vet, yet they handled him professionally and with care. I am always made aware of my options so I can make informed decisions for my pets.

I have 4 cats and 2 of them have had health issues in the last year. Dr. Ziegler has changed my mind about veterinary medicine. I used to see it as an expensive nuisance to be avoided but now I have no problem going to the vet because the care is outstanding. My cat Calyx had thyroid surgery last year and Dr. Ziegler called me often with thorough updates, answering my questions before I even had to ask them. I was able to visit my cat in the back room after her surgery and was amazed at how clean and welcoming it was even in this seldom seen area of their clinic. The staff there is equally wonderful. The women at the front desk don't just schedule apptmts, they can answer almost any health/cat question thrown at them and are so very kind and generous with their knowledge and time.
I really cannot say enough about this clinic or Dr. Ziegler. She's the perfect mix of medical knowledge and compassion and I highly recommend her.

I brought my cat there thinking this woman would be at least professional and in the hopes that she would be real with me, although I haven't went to her before. granted I am not a vet. I felt I was very respectful and let her give me her diagnosis. I asked for an estimate and blood work knowing that my cat would need this anywhere else I would have to take her. Once she gave me her mind-blowing estimate, and upon questioning her estimate, she belittled me and told me she is a vet, as to reassure me my cat is in good hands... she proceeds to take my cat from me to another room, to take its blood, I ask to go with her and watch, her response is No. As they are in the back I can hear them talking about me through the wall, Now that is Just rude.
My advice: Go elsewhere save your self the stress of this woman her high prices and her unprofessional animal and customer care.

It seems the person who commented above had personal issues with this vet not professional. My experience was a bit different. Professionally Dr. Z is a very compassionate person and will never medicate just for the sake of medicating. She has a true concern to find what is actually wrong and treat it as such instead of "blanket treatment". Dr. Z is a wonderful knowledgeable vet and shouldn't be thought low of because someone wanted special treatment and did not recieve it. She runs the clinic with her husband and the two of them work very hard and are there pratically all their waking hours. They try to accomodate every patient as if they are the only one they are treating while upholding proper medical protocol. Dr Z and staff are really first class.

Switched vets because of disagreement on treatment and Dr. Ziegler became very unprofessional and refused to give my diabetic cat her food eventhough we had a script and refused to write her a script for insulin. According to my new vet, she misdiagnosed and overmedicated 2 of my cats. Her slogan says she is compassionate but only if she does things her way. I do not recommend anyone go to her clinic.
