They are awesome! Specifically Dr. Nancy Callaway. Her tech is great with dogs and Dr. Callaway truly loves animals and it shows in her exam. My dog was mis-diagnosed at Wells Branch Clinic and suffered for 2 months before I heard about Dr. Callaway and got him in to see her - she knew instantly it was a torn ACL and referred me to a great surgeon Dr. Vasanje to do his surgery. I will never take my animals to any other vet! This clinic is very clean, well run, the doctors are all very gifted and it's a caring place to take your pets. I can't say enough good things - they are wonderful!!

The office manager (Gordi) & the young sales girls seem to be more focused on making money by charging and trying to add on unnescessary, extra services and fees. I felt like they tricked me. The vet, Dr. Nancy Callaway, was very nice and was the only person I felt like wasn't trying to manipulate money out of me with ridicilous suggestions. Austin Vet Care really cares more about money than the pets. Employees appear to be exceptionally well trained in sales manipulation strategies. This was my first visit and I will not be back.
