I've been going to this hospital for about 2 years and my experience has been quite the opposite to another person. I waited one time for about 20 minutes once but otherwise the doctor has always been very quick to come in and spent enough time to explain things. Well I go to my physician and always wait for 30 minutes or more. I can't think of going to any other vets.

Have been taking my animals here for years. Staff used to be great now they have a few that are pretty surly and lack even the basic common courtesy. Punctuality can be a crap shoot, sometimes you check in and are right in a room other times I have waited 40 minutes.
