Yes, the staff is friendly, however, they have been trained to sell, sell, sell their over-priced products! My 85 yr old Dad used them for a couple of years for his beloved dog. Every time he visited them, he would come home with bags of stuff that he had been told his dog NEEDED. There was nothing wrong with his dog, and he spent hundreds of $$ he really didn't need. They prey on people who LOVE their pets. We are using a different clinic, and they only perform the necessary services, and recommend home-remedies for itching, etc.

This hospital is top-of-the-line. They have everything you need, boarding and everything. Dr. Golden literally saved my baby from near-death after another vet said there was nothing wrong with her. They listen to you here, and they understand that I think of my pets as part of my family and treat them as such. They also have a great groomer, Elaine, which is great because my dogs can get a haircut while they're at the vet whithout me having to go to a pricey grooming business. If you're looking for an animal hospital in the area, I strongly recommend them.

Have used GAH for about 6 years now and have never been disappointed! The staff is always very friendly and the doctors clearly care about the animals they treat. I have also used the grooming service and my baby comes home looking beautiful every time! I highly recommend this clinic!
