On May 29th 2013 10:30AM, I took my four day old puppies in to have their tails docked and dew claws removed. Dr.Yeik glued his finger to one of their paws and ripped his paw open. The emergency vet at VCA refered to it as a "de-gloving injury". When Dr.Yeik told me what happened, he was throwing stuff across his exam room and using very inappropriate and unprofessional language! He put ONE stitch in and sent him home. I took him to VCA in Silverdale an hour later and they had to remove the one stitch and spent an hour and a half attempting to fix this hack job!! They said he will be lucky if they can save the skin on his paw. Later, I found out that NOT ONLY did Dr.Yeik massacre the puppie's foot, he also didn't stitch up his newly docked tail and the vets at VCA found the bone sticking out!! Dr. Yeik NEEDS his license revoked! He is unprofessional and DOES NOT care about animals, only making a quick dollar.

My 18 year old cat had noisey breathing so I took her in. After x rays and blood work was told she was "just fine". Well I can hear her rattle when she breaths from across the room. I was told to bring her in again. Sorry but after hundreds of dollars the vet should have been able to see that she has nasal congestion and prescribed something for it. The person in the office told me she didn't care if I was upset and I should just bring her in regardless of the cost. I don't have an unlimited buget and that is ridiculous to pay for repeated visits for something that should have been taken care of initially. I would NEVER recommend this vet and I told the person in the office as much. She told me it wouldn't matter at all if I recommended against this vet, she didn't care. No matter how good the vet,(although I cannot recommend this vet)if you can't get past the surly staff, it really does not matter.

Excellent veterinary care. The doctor is amazing and straight to the point. The cost of the care is a fraction of what i have paid elsewhere. And the care is unsurpassable. The staff is caring and warm. Definately a family there. I was referred by a friend, and will continue to do the same. Its nice to know i have a family to care for my animals and to know i can trust honest opinions of the doctor and wonderful staff! Thanks Dr. Yeik!!
