This facility neglected my kitten. I took her to be spayed and she died after the surgery. The staff failed to call me when she passed away. I got a call the day I was suppose to pick her up and they called me at 1:50 in the afternoon. The lady that call said she came in to work at 1:00 in the afternoon and she found her dead. I left her overnight because that was their policy but nobody took care of her between the closing hours of 7:00 P.M. to 1:00 PM of the next day. This place did not give her an IV to help her get hydrated. Our whole family was devastated nad heartbroken to find out that we had taken her to find her death. The doctor that is the owner didn't even call me until the next day. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The staff also was very blunt and cold blooded. They just said "Your cat died" If I would have known that these people did not supervise their animals for such a lengthy amount of time I would have never taken her here. I raised this kitty from 5 days old.
