Really disappointed with how cold these people are. It felt like it was about money and not my pet.

Do not go here! They say you have options, but when you question one, they say it has to be done to do the other procedures. They will not work with you and in checking prices, their markup as in excess of 600% or more. Drive a few more miles into Irving and go to VCA Metroplex Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge off the O'Conner exit, easy to spot on the south side. When I told them I was going to write a review, they accused me of threatening them and would have me thrown off the property if I showed up. (My conversation was in no way threatening). Greedy rude people IMHO.

Absolutely awful. State should close this place. No concern for animal. Only concerned with what they can take you for. Avoid this place.

I have never been more happy about an animal emergency clinic before! My dog was very ill and as soon as I arrived the staff at Airport Freeway Animal Emergency Clinic took her to the back immediately and began treatment as soon as the exam was done by the veterinarian. She stayed all weekend and they took wonderful care of her. The veterinarian and nurses were so compassionate and knowledgable. Thanks to the staff at this clinic, I still have my "Taffy"!

Absolutely the worst vet experience we have ever had. My dog broke her leg on a Friday afternoon and our vet told us to take her to an ER clinic to get it set until Monday. He also told us to give her some baby aspirin to help with the pain. This clinic did NOT take X-rays. They put her down, forced her to walk, and insisted that her leg was fine. Then they insisted on cleaning out her system since we'd given her the medicine. Monday morning, OUR vet immediately took one look and said, OH it's broken! It was broken in 4 places, and my precious baby laid in extreme pain for days because the ER vet wouldn't help. Oh, and they charged us an arm and a leg to hurt my baby, too. I put in a complaint with the owner and never heard a word back. Not even a "sorry" - don't use this clinic! If you love your pet, find a vet that really cares about you and your pets. There are really good ones out there.
